Frankly, though I doubt that calls for impeachment will gain any traction, although I personally believe George Bush's falacious call to war is far worse than Mr. Clintonlying about his sexual indiscretions. It there is any substance to the Downing Street memo assertion that clearly ties George Bush with knowingly lying about WMDs, iimpeachment would indeed be warranted and the duty of Congress to the American people.
