IMHO, Jeb Bush's action makes no political sense. One could argue that he's pandering to the religious right. However the recent autopsy report has discredited their position concerning Schiavo. It would appear this issue has been exhausted of political capital. The religious right's most logical option is to let this one go and move on. Jeb Bush is a savy politician. Why is he flailing a dead horse? Is there something subtle here that I don't see?
