IF you had told your wife that you did not want to be kept alive under such circumstances and god forbid you ended up in such a condition, would your wife be a 'jerk' for trying to honor your wishes? What if a relative insisted on keeping you alive? should that relative be able to overrule your wife?

WHY is the guy a jerk? His wife died, he mourned and went on with his life YET STILL looked after her wishes...

The parents called him a murderer and wife beater- what the hell does he owe them?
