So what parts of what that website is selling should be outlawed? What should the punishment be for opposing genetically-modified organisms or supporting homeopathy?

Who decides? And how?

The people who screwed up the salt numbers? A government that can't think its way out of a wet paper sack on dozens of fronts?

The word "regulate" stopped meaning what it was intended to mean a long time ago. Right now it's just a synonym for "control."
