It was a simple case all right, of manslaughter. A kid is shot because some cop wannabee gun nut playing hero got a wild hair up his ass and wanted to be a tough guy. No, it was not murder, I believe the kid attacked Z because he thought he was being stalked by a creep. And he was. I would have done the same thing myself, if I had the nerve, and if I thought I couldn't run away from a bullet. But he couldn't run, could he? That would have made him an instant suspect.
Martin was doing nothing wrong and had every right to be where he was and do what he was doing. Z. had the gun, he got out of his car, he chased the kid down, he challenged him, he ignored police instructions, and when the situation he created got out of control, he found no other way to deal with it (in spite of his alleged police and martial arts training) than to blow a 17 year old kid away. Second-degree murder? Maybe not, but manslaughter for sure. Its what happens when you let little boys playing cop play with guns.
Zimmerman got a fair trial, the prosecution can't be blamed for not trying, and the jury has the last word. I accept it. I have no trouble with that, the system worked the way it was supposed to, but it is not infallible. OJ got away with it too.
Of course, for you, its always about statists, Obama and the media conspiracy. You see everything through that same poisoned, foul, twisted way you have of bending the world to justify your malignant psychopathology. Everything that happens is proof of the evil forces arrayed against you. Listen to yourself, spouting off about timelines and DOJ machinations and intricate political plots, what the hell are you talking about? You are really one fucked-up dude.
I hope nothing happens too, because I know you will be bitterly disappointed, and that would give me great satisfaction.
