The point: It's obvious that a person who carries a concealed handgun with a permit is probably a lot less likely to commit a crime or killing with it than someone who carries one illegally.
It's also obvious that the more restrictive gun laws are, the more the balance of gun possession will lean toward people who don't obey laws, but that's another subject.
Other than your rants, there is no evidence that Zimmerman was what you call a "gun pervert." You can find most of his background here, including why he got the gun in the first place.
Believe me, any evidence to the effect of Zimmerman being the "troglodyte" you keep calling him would have been paraded in front of that jury, probably using a banner behind a small airplane.
P.S. it's kind of ironic that you're shooting all the same crap that the media lynch mob has been spewing for months. But why not? It's where you got it from.
