Last ones I saw said it was about half and half increased spending and tax cuts. It's just BS to point at only one or the other. Fiscal irresponsibility allows either type of dumb choice. Fiscal responsibility is simple. Don't spend more than you take in. Don't take a voluntary pay cut unless you are willing to decrease spending.
