The NEA would have to change their name to the National Teachers' Union.
The ABA would have to change their name to the Americal Lawyers' Union.
The AMA would have to change their name to the American Doctors' Union.
Etc.

The very name "National Education Association" is misleading. As you correctly point out, their almost exclusive focus is on labor concerns, not education.
