PS re: NEA budget
I spent a lot of time on the NEA site and never did find any itemized budget information.
They're a private organization, with a paying membership. Why should they tell you?
Want to join? Here are the membership requirements:
Active Membership is for those who are employed in public education in a certified or support position in a public school district or institution of higher learning or whose job is primarily in education.
Privately held companies all over this country don't publish their budgets for the world to see. They don't have to. It's not a sign of conspiracy, though you may think you're entitled to all the information in the world because you have the internet.
