Uncle Eddie, the "public" views DOD as our defense, not NASA. Get a grip, man. You really need to get professional help for your delusions. You have this meglomaniac vision, recently embobied as "CAPS" uber alles. You cannot, despite repeated requests cite the specific (imaginary) legislation you tout ad nauseum. Instead, you respond with banalities. You're a legend in your own mind.
