Who, where, when?
I googled a few instances, and got lost in the shuffle. There was a very good case here in the US last year. Nancy Talbott of BLT Research was an eyewitness in Holland several years ago, and she recently reported a case from Poland, a fellow she interviewed herself. Both reports are worth reading. I especially liked the photo of the FISH with the identical crop circle makings etched on both sides of it's body.
Phenomena? I think you could call it that. Both <cases>.
