Exceptional claims require exceptional evidence.
Both sides have SOME evidence that back up their claims.
However, there is a huge number that are unexplained. And the British Ministry of Defense and their Department of Agriculture are interested in the ones that are not.
Your statement:
>"Blown and elongated nodes are natural conditions, not anomalies."
is untrue.
Nodes on wheat found in crop circle are often "blown out" as if hit by microwave radiation or high heat. This is only evidenced by the wheat IN the circle, and not in the controls taken OUTSIDE the circle in the field.
Also, the stems are often bent over at 90` angles, not BROKEN. This happens in rapeseed, a very delicate plant. I'd like to see you magically do this in ANY circle, with any plant. (Stretch those babies over....you'd have to go to Uri geller for training).
And the elongated nodes are often found with twisted seed heads (like a pretzel) which are only found IN the crops themselves. Then there's the impact on the seed heads and the plants as well as far as germination and growth are concerned. You wouldn't see these changes in unaffected wheat or rapeseed or barley or corn for that matter.
Good photos of the changes to the wheat are visible here, with CONTROLS. So, the first photo shows the changes to the wheat from a crop circle, the second picture is the control taken outside the circle. You tell me how stomping on the wheat affects these changes. You <can't.> Good VISUAL evidence.
