re: Do you still wonder?

No matter how it is explained that the evidence points to the fact that the universe is bigger than what you guys can imagine, you will not believe it.

If you are not interested in investigations into UFO's, crop circles, or animal mutilations, then why do you read about these things?
You can easily stay away from the OT board which has a very intelligent moderator who seems to understand the learning process and the value that ALL information can contribute to that process.

I suspect that the reason you will not believe anything that you have not seen, is that you have some type of a superiority complex.
It seems to me that you simply can not accept the fact that somewhere else some other beings could be superior and able to do things that you do not understand.

In my opinion, the value of religion is in the teaching of the understanding that there is always someone that is smarter, or more powerful than you. This understanding tends to give the person a perspective of wonder and the desire to become more knowledgeable about everything in the universe.

If you no longer wonder about things, then you are either dead or you know everything. If you know everything, then please answer the following questions.

What is life ? In otherwords; we can take any atom or molecule out of your body and look at it and determine that it is not alive, in fact we can continue taking many molecules out of your body before people around you will say that you are not alive anymore. Where does the life come into these molecules?
How can we put life into a collection of molecules. Can life go into molecules by accident or does it take intelligence to insert it there?
Is it impossible to have life elsewhere in the universe? Give the reasoning behind your answer.
