Look at it as a wake-up call!
Here in the west we live very soft lives, insulated from the poverty and reality of the world as a whole. Our ancestors made our countries great through hard work and innovation. In many cases, we are lying back and living off those proceeds, like the third or 4th generation of a family company, buring assets to keep lifestyle.
You won't stop innovation and entrepreneurism by trying to ban some classes of people. Instead, you'll simply allow some other dynamic group to come in and take over. The Japanese own huge tracts of Australia and use it for golf courses, which they have trouble fitting-in back home. They bought the land with money earned through selling us cars cheaper and better than we could make ourselves.
China is the emerging dragon and will dominate world trade in 50 years.
How are you planning to compete? Or will you just sit in your rocking chair on the porch and say "it weren't like that in my day"
I've seen waves of immigrants come into countries and snap-up the opportunities to run corner stores to extended hours beyond what the locals were prepared to do, and drive taxis longer hours and for cheaper fares. In time, they make some money, buy some property and set about becoming serious businessmen.
That's natural selection - the fittest will triumph and the unfit will fade away.
So get off your righteous buttocks and start working to make your country strong and fit, or you and your descendants will be part of the underclass of the future.
The first and best thing you can do is to travel. See the world. See how hard people work in Asia or Africa for a few dollars. See how close to abject poverty they are but admire their pride and honour. They make you look small, despite your inherited* wealth.
(whilst you may not have directly inherited a pot-load of money from some particular grandparent, you have inherited a rich an successful country from ALL of your ancestors)
