Tom is right........
His post said, <"You would get a rude awakening if you went through all the government positions appointed through history and checked qualifications.">
This an astute recognition that the qualifications of members of this administration, as well as past administration, would give you a "rude awakening" if they were placed under scrutiny.
With this admission, we should all stop picking on poor Tom and forcing him to grasp at straws to continue to defend members of the Bush administration, Bush policies, or even Bush himself. Tom is being overworked and is showing the obvious signs of stress and strain.
As for some of us, Tom--we feel your pain!
