Oh, for christ sake- can you cut the BS even for 2 seconds?
The pieces support my claim that the funding dried up in 2003- Thats all I have claimed so far. Now, I have more to say- for sure. There is plenty of blame to go around and I'll get to it in part II/III. However, thats not the point. The point is you don't even care about whats true, only about defending your party. My point is that is neither rational nor productive.
