A government education system whose entire criteria of success, by either party nowadays, is how much money is spent on it.
A welfare system engineered to destroy the nuclear family. An intellectual culture designed to do the same thing.
Results seem to mean nothing, in education programs or other social programs. As just one example, compare the social, educational, and family statistics for black families in the 1940s, an era of much more racism and far fewer "helpful" programs than we have now, with the statistics now. Considering the burdens of increased poverty back then, and the racial environment, it makes the failures of social engineering in this area even more atrocious.
