Hmmmm. I don't believe them about the enforcement of the ID cards for absentee ballots. Will we really validate all the signatures?

I believe the fear about ID cards is that it will scare away more Democratic voters than Republicans. Similar to the reason you guys always oppose campaign reform: you are afraid it will deter more Republican campaign spending than Democratic. It is all in the numbers.
