A crime was committed, according to the indictment -- in fact, more than one: perjury (one count), false testimony and obstruction of justice (two each). They're felonies under Federal law, or hadn't you noticed...? Max = 30 years, if served consecutively.
The remainder of the investigation will continue, after a new grand jury is empaneled.
