I'm usually pretty good a spoting satire. But I'm really not sure where you are coming from.
Overt geopolitical moves by a nation the size of China against a nation the size of the USA are really very telegraphed and easily predicted: Just ask yourself would the Chinese gain or lose from such overt actions?
If the answer is no gain, then it won't happen...At least not overtly.
