This is a busy and important day for me and I am off running and will miss some of the type (or is it tripe?) on this board for the next couple of days...........BUT!
>"protests are usually composed of 80% historically illiterate uninformed youth and 20% older crusaders. "
MILLIONS of people worldwide were against this war and protested. They were not illiterate or uninformed.
They hate war. Not only did they know this war was illegal, but they wanted to prevent further conflict in the tinderbox that is the Middle East.
Sadam was contained. The UN inspectors were taking care of it.
You totally have ignored the downside of this war, it's illegality, it's government contracts, the stooges, the deaths, the torture and the lies to support your blind assertion that democracy needed to go in their in the first place.
It had nothing to do with danger or WMD's.
No, somehow you still get those blurry red, white and blue fantasies, while if you looked closely enough, you'd not see a bit of dirt under YOUR fingernails.
War proceeds when politics has been exhausted.......my ass!
