It goes from 0 - 60 mph in 20 seconds. If they cut it in half from front-to-back, kept the wide wheel spacing and length, they could keep the 20 hp engine, accelerate from 0 - 60 mph in 10 seconds, reduce the weight from 500 kilos to 500 pounds, and get double the fuel economy to 300 mpg.
They just refuse to believe that people would buy a one-seat car. That's why the Japanese are going to be the first on the market, and take all that market share. Do you know how many people are single? Like, most people under 40 years of age. And half of people over 40 get a divorce eventually. They are throwing away a huge market opportunity by continuing to make 2- and 4-seat vehicles. What I'm always reading about are all the cars on the road with only one person in them. Lots of public service messages encouraging people to car pool. Doesn't work. We need one-seat vehicles. Period.
Aside from that, I like the rims. Looks cool. But I've seen better! Such as this Ccncept Bike and a few others...

- 157 mpg car to go on sale soon.
- Having looked it over a bit, I have some comments.
- Basic version only goes 75 mph. Not sure I can drive that slow. (n/t)
- I want a one-seat car
- How much does it weigh? How many does it carry? How much trunk capacity? (n/t)
- The LS model is probably too underpowered for the US market
