It took an appointing by the big supremes to over rule the state supremes to do the deed. And our Fl. election was the laughing stock of Latin America. In Costa Rica they finally decided Arias to be the winner, but during the five week recount period, daily references to the fact they were counting every vote--not like Florida was the banner of the local news.
And I know you will forgive a snigger as I watch the Bush campaign manager, Katherine Harris, be hoisted on her own petard.
And I look foward to Florida getting by, George Mason. As a believer in party politcs I am consistent. As a rooter for my Gator teams I am consistent. I am also used to saying wait until next year on both counts.
But sometimes, even a blind sow will find an acorn.
