I understand now. I should have lurked around these posts for awhile before I jumped in with my $0.02. It's sometimes hard to draw the line between alternative philosophies and scientific method and flat-out pseudoscience, just as it is difficult to draw the line between superstition and spirituality. But the line does exist.
