Even if Lieberman splits the Democrat vote, non of the Candidates would achieve a 50% plurality... Thus there would likely be a run-off election between Lieberman and the Republican, or the rich guy and the republican... Either way, the Republican would still need a miricle to will the run-off election.

Still, I'm suprized that Lieberman is running as an independant.

He must feel very strongly that the Democrats have run off the tracks.
