I know what you mean about hardware. At the Star Trek Gala last weekend there was UP Aerospace, Inc. with a nose cone and folks were in a line to their booth.

But, people will draw crowds as well. Celestis had a beautiful blonde woman as a spokes person to work the crowd.

I'm pretty sure the Mars Society will provide some analog suits or other related hardware to Kurt to display (he is a member of the Spacesuit Task Force AKA STF).
