Throw as mush dirt on the subject as you can Ken.

I have read most of this and must say you have an interesting view on specialization. A person would be fine as a Lunar ISRU specialist commenting on Mars ISRU but not the reverse.

Our differences are in who does what not in the getting it done.

CIS-Lunar space is a void and with improvements in propulsion it's few advantages will disappear, besides NEOs are simply superior to the Moon as resources.
