You would be surprised what the NASA pros (some of whom you have mentioned) really think of your pretend spacesuits and your "science". The guy who works for Zubrin (Muscatello?) told an analog workshop at the Colorado School of Mines a few years back that walking around verifying what someone had written years before in a local geology guidebook was "science". The audience got a good laugh. Many were shaking their heads in dismay.
