failed to address Buck's assumption that had valuable witnesses flown the coop so fast while on Clinton's watch, you'd be screaming for his head. It'd be interesting to hear your take on that one. My guess is the avoidance was intentional.

I can only imagine, after seeing the true soul of the Republicans, what kind of sniping would've been going on after 9/11 had Gore or Clinton been in office. I'm not so sure that political advantage wouldn't have come first before the unity needed in an attacked country. Maybe the unity would've still occurred but my guess is the potshots at the failures to see the terrorism coming would've been monumental compared with the lip-biting the dems were doing.
