A 16 or 17 year old female looks pretty much the same as a 18 or 19 year old female. So for a man to have a sexual attraction for a young hottie would be normal, if not socially acceptable under the circumstances. Foley on the other hand is just a sick perv. Throw his ass in prison and let him play prison bitch to the general population.
