B) Give 2/3's of Halliburton's 6 billion per year contracts to Germany & Russia

C) Make sure some Sunni-Euro militia loyalists get rewarded in cash and keep their brethren in line.

D) let the Sunnis tell the media its time to go back to the "deal" on Iraq news.

E) The world believes Iraq is wonderful again and all is as it was before.

F) Pay James Baker III his consultant fee for negotiations between Europe and the US.

G) Let the UN Contracting Machine back in so the Iraqi dollars can be spread around the rest of the Middle East. Place a token deployment in Shiite militia area.

H)Because the D's are now in the majority the media will be blowing sunshine 24/7 after January for 2 years and Bush will be far better poised to get favorable legacy i.e:
