Actually, without YOUR snarky remarks, I could see you might be on to something. But I don't find what they (or the Russians) are doing is any different than what WE are doing. We are all competing and we are using big sticks on little countries to do it.
As for this remark about GWB holding Prince Abdullah's hand:
