The American Conservative's fear and loathing of Muslims would tend to discourage all but the bravest.

I mean, how many unchallenged anti-Muslim posts entitled "Religion of Peace" posted by conservatives would one have to read to get the idea that as a very small minority in the US they would be persecuted if too obvious?

How many FBI investigations, surveillances, wiretaps of people whose only "crime" is being Muslim does it take to indimidate folks? One guy in my area just settled a lawsuit where the FBI took after him only because he was Muslim, got $2 million. He was able to defend himself because he is a lawyer. And what do you want to bet no one in the FBI was disciplined for that one?

Nope. It's gotta be safer in Belguim to be a Mohammed than in the US.
