Some "Christians" regard the "Sermon on the Mount" as optional.

It's funny to watch them wiggle when confronted with Jesus.

A reality is that Jesus HAD to die, and knew it. He wanted to fulfill prophecy, and knew it was coming. Some theologans regard Judas as the most dedicated apostle, because someone had to "betray" Jesus. He may well have just drawn the short straw.

Jesus lived and preached peace, inclusion, and lived a communal (communist) life. Remember when He drove the money-changers from the temple? Those same money-changers are running our country, under imagined guidance from Jesus.

It's not only sick, it's crazy. And an insult to one helluva guy. I think Jesus was about the only Christian, his followers certainly aren't.
