And if there were others with liberal leanings, they weren't particularly noisy. The conservative circle-jerks were endless, and folks got off on them over and over and over. I'd swear Limbaugh learned from them to take Viagra.

Now, I happen to think it's "extreme" to go half-war 'round the world to invade a country which is no threat.

And it's a "rogue" nation which ignores other nations, finally buys a pathetic few, and then invades the poor damned country.

Maybe it's a "rogue" nation which won't be a party to limiting arms sales, or land mines. Or sweeps aside the Geneva Conventions. That is really "extreme".

A "rogue" nation will dream up excuses to go to war, for instance. Just make 'em up. And sound oh, so outraged.

Now "terrorists" will terrify a civilian population in order to gain military aims. Sort of like "Shock and Awe", or 500 pound bombs on apartment houses. That's state terrorism, and the people who order it are "terrorists".

Pogo is right. We have met the enemy and it is us.
