Replaced CR2032 battery. Didn't fix the problem.

Weirder.... I turn the computer on, then wait 10 minutes or so, then suddenly it comes to life. Then it beeps a few times and the line "CMOS Battery Low" comes up on the screen. So replacing the battery didn't even fix that problem!

Could the fan be clogged with dust or something? What does a new power supply cost anyway?
