You missed every single point I made

Correcting you would require a post twice as long as the original, and I just don't have the time. A couple of examples to put you back on course:

I began a description of the "corporate form" (the technical and legal definition of the structure of of a corporation) with "The economic rationale of the corporation ...", and you need to pay attention to the use of the word "rationale". This is why people use the corporate form, and what is expected of it. Responding that corporations in reality are inefficient is entirely beside the point. If that mattered, then why is the world crawling with corporations? In fact, you reinforce my point: If the corporation form were all that dysfunctional, why do all those allegedly smart people continue to use it? Focus on that reality.

"Let me restate it, once upon a time money was limited or practically nonexistant as far as most people were concerned." Very strange, gb. Money's been around a long time. The Roman Empire used money, the Phoenicians used money...it's been around for thousands of years. It's understood that the invention of money was required for commerce to develop beyond simple barter--money is a system of symbols for converting between goods of different value, and for storing that value between transactions. You'll get nowhere implying I think that money itself is intrinsically "the root of all evil". Like any other tool, it can be beneficial or it can be used as a weapon. Money has utility value; the negative consequences come about when people start to think it matters more than that, e.g., as a symbol of personal character.
