Our inability to engage diplomatically....
...is evidence of our weakness and lack of confidence. Its usually the frightened cowards who make blustery threats like those Mr. Bush keeps making.
What would impress our enemies and compel them to act in our interest would be for us to demonstrate our competence and confidence by being able to execute both militarily and diplomatically. At the present moment in time we are doing neither.
