Crawdad chimneys
Ever notice how crawdads lay out their tunnels? They have one opening at ground level, and a tall chimney at another opening. The slight pressure difference created causes a draft which carries fresh air underground. By copying this on a larger scale, enough wind could be created to turn a turbine.
