(I'd ask if you think he wasn't tortured, but you'd just use that to divert away from the main point which is why it is possible to torture ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, including things which have not or will not happen out of a person and then have them return to some resistance.)

('Cause there are those who advocate for torture every time the question comes up and then deny it happens. Go figure.)
