It's odd that in almost every collectivist paradise, where equality is revered above all, and capitalism condemned daily, somehow the ones who run the show still manage to ride in limousines and live in palaces.
I don't think Gore is being consciously hypocritical. I believe he honestly thinks what he is doing is so important that he needs the exemption from the forced deprivations that are being advocated.
