Should be a crime, or an addendum to existing crimes.
It should be illegal to give food to someone who weighs over 400 pounds without a medical license. If these are feeble people without self-control and without the mental capacity to make decisions for themselves, then the care-giver is to blame. Assault and battery perhaps, for causing injury to health by excessive feeding. Or criminal negligence, for not monitoring food consumption of a critically ill obese person adequately. Once obesity is diagnosed, then the obese person should be stripped of his/her legal right to eat without medical supervision.
