In reality my "default" is drinking, smoking and sitting on my ass watching TV or reading. I have always envied those who seem to love to move more than sit.

My motto is, "Don't run if you can walk. Don't walk if you can stand. Don't stand if you can sit. Don't sit if you can lay down. Don't stay awake if you can sleep."

And, to be responsible for myself, I quit drinking and other psychoactive drugs except nicotine 29+ years ago, smoking 24+ years ago, and still sit around. Thank God for the pooch, and the bicycle. Actually, I have to put myself into situations where I have to move - it's not a default setting.
