The World Ahead

I agree with you RNE...about the future that our kids' kids might have. Over population, clashes of cultures, food shortages, global warming, Islamists and Mexican gangs and bad attitudes with guns...the future of America is not very bright. Throw in biological warfare, uranium, plutonium, etc, and a whole shitload of generations of angry muslims and we have a real problem on our hands.

As a woman, I didn't feel "cold fury" but was shocked beyond belief that something like that could actually happen. It seemed WAY too well set up to be just an "act of terrorism". Someone left the barn yard gates open. Two planes, two towers and then the Pentagon. When I found out the Saudis had access to to American Airlines internal memos and that the Defense Dept. was doing simulated terrorist exercises that day WITH PLANES SUPPOSEDLY ACTING AS GUIDED MISSILES to our infrastructure and left us vulnerable (we were actually told to STAND DOWN), I felt sick to my stomach. Add to that Mohammed Atta's drug dealing out of an airport in Florida paid for with a million dollars cash by a friend of Jeb Bush's......and add to that that ole Jeb flew down down there the next day and took all the flight schools records never to see the light of day again, and I KNEW that Bush & Co. was going to cover their asses; and the American population could go to hell. They only care about ONE THING, their power and their bank accounts. They are all deluded.
They are all criminals in my book.

Because something doesn't smell right. We're not that stupid. I think it was allowed to happen. Does that create fury in me?
No, but I think we are being led down the garden path, willingly even; and for that I simmer with an ailment that has helped me to lose hope, not only for my children's children, but for this country and a world gone out of complete control. We may limp along again for decades, but it ain't gonna be pretty.
