I avoid news about catastrophe. I seem to hear more negative than before.( I do not know if there is more negative than before, but I am so much more aware now.) I have stopped watching TV and movies that are shoot'em up...(I used to love the Die Hard movies..).

Unfortunately I feel as though I am growing numb to it all, and that REALLY scares me.
