Look, all you need to do is step back a bit.
Look at the larger picture. It's easy to point at scientists who get funding from oil companies and see who benefits. Where do these academies you point out (and their associated scientists) get most of their money? Would it be from someplace that would benefit if the prescriptions for global warming were carried out, i.e. massive new controls over the private sector, higher taxes, more wealth redistribution? Why is that any different?
