Sorry, but the next President will be the one pulling the troops out

The troops are staying put. I do think there will be American bases in Southern Iraq 10 or even 20 years from now.

In my estimate, there will be more troops in Iraq/Iran/Afganistan in 2009, than there are now in 2007. Expect the draft to be mentioned in the 2008 Presidential race.
