Virtue
To pretend that wealth confers virtue is just as silly as to pretend that poverty does.
Perfectly true. It is also silly to pretend that wealth automatically confers lack of virtue.
I do know for a fact that surplus wealth in this country has done America a hell of a lot of good. It should not be overlooked that this also includes supplying the vast majority of the cash in our treasuries that's used by politicians to do their good.
