Land Area Advantage of Inflatable Wind Ladders
A Wind Ladder is essentially a wind farm with individual turbines stacked vertically instead of spread out over land (or sea). If the Wind Ladder is more than 4 miles tall then more conventional wind turbines could be built on the land area allotted, at a density of about 9 towers per square mile. But the greatest advantage of Wind Ladders is for 2-mile height, where it would generate about double the Megawatts per square mile allotted.
