When I took the trash out the other day...

...I saw something under my trash barrel that l could not identify that looked really wierd. Maybe it was some kind of strangely shaped fungus. Really don't know.

When I brought the barrels back the next day, it was gone.

How much money should US taxpayers spend to identify this anomoly?
